Browse Bonds by Payout Schedule
A bond's payout schedule decides when its interest reaches your bank account: every month, once a quarter, twice a year, once a year, or in a single lump sum at maturity for a cumulative issue. It does not change the yield to maturity quoted on each listing, but it changes what that yield is worth to you. If you are covering a monthly expense, a monthly coupon does the job an annual one cannot; if you are compounding, a cumulative bond removes the question of what rate you could reinvest a coupon at. The month pages take the same data one step further and show which bonds have a coupon date in a given month, which is how you fill a gap in an income ladder or stagger payments across a year rather than bunching them. Pick a schedule or a month below to see every tracked bond that fits, sorted by yield to maturity, with coupon, credit rating, tenure and minimum investment side by side.
