contact@rightbonds.comWe aim to reply within two working days. Data corrections usually go out faster than that, because they are a code fix rather than a conversation.
You can also reach us on X at @RightBonds, though email is better for anything with detail in it.
Reporting a wrong number
This is the message we most want to receive. RightBonds reads 264 bonds off 5 platforms automatically, and a source page that changes its layout can quietly break a parser. If a figure looks wrong, it probably is, and we would rather hear it from you than not.
Include these three things and we can usually confirm or fix it the same day:
- The ISIN or the page URL, so we know exactly which listing you mean.
- What is wrong and what it should be - for example "YTM shows 11.2%, the platform shows 10.4%".
- Where you saw the correct number, ideally a link to the platform page. This is what lets us tell a parser bug from a genuine intraday move.
Other reasons to write
| Topic | What to send |
|---|---|
| A missing bond | The ISIN and which platform lists it. We only track OBPP-registered platforms, so tell us where you saw it. |
| A missing platform | The platform name. We check it against the OBPP member list before adding anything. |
| Privacy request | The privacy policy explains what we hold, which is close to nothing. Write anyway if something there is unclear. |
| Advertising or partnership | Note up front that no platform or issuer can pay for placement or ranking. Ranking follows the filters a user chooses, for everyone equally. |
| Press or data use | What you want to use and where. We are generally happy to help if RightBonds is credited. |
What we cannot help with
RightBonds is a comparison site, not a broker and not an adviser. Some things have to go elsewhere:
- An order you placed. We never see it. Buying, KYC, demat and settlement all happen on the platform, so a stuck order, a failed payment or a missing credit is theirs to resolve.
- Which bond you should buy. We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser and cannot tell you what suits your situation. The guides explain how to weigh the trade-offs yourself.
- An issuer's payment to you. A missed coupon or a delayed redemption is between you, the issuer and your platform. We only publish what the listings say.
Information on RightBonds is for reference only and may not reflect live market prices. This is not investment advice. Always verify with the platform and the issuer's offer document before investing.
