Share India Securities Limited, incorporated in 1994, is the flagship of the Share India group, which provides stock broking, commodity broking, mutual fund distribution, currency derivatives broking, portfolio management and research services to retail and institutional clients. It is a registered member of NSE, BSE, MCX, NCDEX and ICEX, and a depository participant of NSDL and CDSL. The promoters are Praveen Gupta, Rajesh Gupta and Sachin Gupta.
